Kvemo Kartli. On February 17 in Dmanisi Youth Centre the seminar "Life without Drugs” was held. The attendants were provided with the information about the negative role the drugs have. The participants expressed their views about the ways to deal with this problem. The aim of the programme was to raise the conscience among the youth about the negative role of drugs.
