Young Lawyers' Association releases a document for the journalists, which
describes and explains the mandatory norms to be observed on the polling day.
The document consists of two parts. Paragraphs 1-9 are
dedicated to legislative regulations on the course of the polling day, and
Paragraphs 10-11 include interpretations of media as the observers' status and
the powers granted to it.
