Tbilisi. CSO "Article 42 of the Constitution” has submitted to the Parliament of Georgia the opinions on secret investigative actions, in respect of amendments to be made to the Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia. The organization "welcomes the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia and other legislative acts on the secret investigative actions.”
