Kakheti. A regional conference of Teacher Forum of Civil Education was held in Telavi with the emphasis on future development.The teachers discussed other conferences and the problems of civil society.The forum is supported by the Teachers Retraining Programme, implemented by PH International in partnership with consultation and training centre.
