Tbilisi. Non-Governmental organization "Young Barristers" released a statement - "Court ruled in
favor of claimant in the case of illegally dismissed citizen from the
Educational system”. "The Supreme Court of Georgia ruled in favor of claimaint in the case of illegally fired citizen due to different political views. The cassation instance ruled against Kobuleti Public College "Akhali Talgha” under the ministry of Science and Education, the Director of which, Davit Mtchedlishvili dismissed his own deputy director Tamar Kaikatsishvili after a denial of self-statement. The court titled the case as a precedent due to a great importance to development and establishment of judicial practice of the court and left the complaint of the defendant unconsidered", says the statement.
