Tbilisi. The Young Constitutionalists’ Association has released a statement on the children’s property rights. "We believe that legislation needs to be improved and additional mechanisms need to be introduced, so that children’s property rights in the country are protected to the maximum. We find it crucial to set up a mechanism allowing manipulation with the minors’ property in light of their interests only,” says the organization’s web page.
