“Practice of E-request of Public Information and Proactive Disclosure in Public Institutions”
Tbilisi. Institute for Development of Freedom of Information released a research - "Practice of E-request of Public
Information and Proactive Disclosure in Public Institutions”. The August 26 decree of the government of Georgia #219 about the ‘E-request of Public Information and Proactive Disclosure” was enforced on September 1, 2013. In the present research, conducted between January 21, 2014 and February 21, 2014, IDFI attempted to display how the institutions complied with the commitments. In this period IDFI studied the proactive disclosure of information on the web-pages of the State Chancellery, ministries and the offices of state ministers as well as the public information e-request practice on these websites.
