“Young Constitutionalists” on Softening MP's Immunity
Tbilisi. The
"Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association" has released a
statement on softening the immunity of members of Parliament. Along with number
of issues, the organization "finds it necessary to write out a specific
mechanism in the Regulations of the Parliament of Georgia on the Parliament's
consent to waive the immunity of a MP."
