Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information has filed an administrative complaint in the Ministry of Finance due to incomplete provision of public information requested from the Ministry.The Institute believes that "lawful obligation of a person responsible for ensuring access to public information was not fulfilled" and requests the Ministry to issue the information in full.
