Presentation of the research
Tbilisi. On March, 27, 2013, the presentation of the research, by the support of the Public Defender of Georgia on Human Rights of Convicts upon Early Conditional Release took place and was attended by the Deputy Minister of Penitentiary, Corrections and Legal Assistance of Georgia Mr. Giga Giorgadze, representatives of International Organizations and NGOs’.
