Young Constitutionalists Pay Tribute to the April 9 Victims
Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Constitutionalists
have paid tribute to the victims by the April 9 Memorial and made the live
chain. Members of the Association have symbolically brought flowers to the
Memorial of 1989 victims exactly at 4:00 a.m., when the crackdown on protesters
began in 1989.
