Adjara. The Public Defender has met with representatives of Adjara-based CSOs on April 8 and informed them about the report submitted in the Parliament. He was briefed by the third sector representatives about publicly-known disputes and relatively unknown facts of violation of citizens' rights.CSOs request the Public Defender to react to issues such as the land reform in Adjara, violation of citizens' rights by law-enforcers and risks associated with construction of hydroelectric plants.
