Vertical Gardens in the Borjomi, Tsaghveri and Akhaldaba Schools

The
UN Development Program (UNDP) has arranged laying out of vertical gardens on the walls in
five schools of Borjomi, Tsaghveri and Akhaldaba. Strawberry and over hundred
species of flowers were planted in accordance with the bio-farming principles.
Gardens are sort of labs, where youngsters learn methods of plant-growing and
bio-farming. Vertical gardens are a part of UNDP's program aimed at introducing
informal environmental education at schools.
