Young Barristers about Potential Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code
Tbilisi. CSO "Young Barristers" has organized a press conference, at which it responded to the legislative initiative of the Government of Georgia to amend the Criminal Procedure Code, pursuant to which an agreement on sentence will no longer be a major condition for plea bargain.
