organized a press conference. At the event the organization's representative
has spoken about the gaps of state agency's monitoring over the children homes
of the Patriarchate: "The monitoring process has failed to ensure
effective response to the facts of violence against children. The Labor, Health
and Social Protection Monitoring Group has not studied the cases of improper
