Kakheti. The Women’s Information Center delivers trainings as part of the project "Community Mobilization through Educational, Cultural and Sports Events for Prevention and Elimination of Violence against Women”.

This time the target group of trainings included the policemen, teachers, employees of clinics and the Social Service Agency, and members of the Council of Elder Women and Men.

Training topics cover domestic violence, related legislation and institutional mechanism, gender equality, stereotypes, gender violence. The training aims to raise awareness of persons actively participating in the formation of public opinion.
