Tbilisi. On May 16, 2014, the Central Election Commission (CEC) considered the complaint submitted by GYLA, which related to the alleged fact of use of the administrative resource by the Tbilisi Mayor’s Office. Verbal hearing resulted in CEC upholding GYLA’s complaint.
