Tbilisi. The School of Liberalism has hosted the discussion - "Should Khudonhesi be Built?". At the discussion the School members have presented arguments in favor of and against building Khudonhesi. Following the positions of the parties, mentor Kakha Bakhtadze, Programs Manager of the Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN), has summarized and analyzed the parties' arguments.
