Members of the Kutaisi Youth Center have delivered a peer education training - "Ways of conflict resolution" on June 3 in the public school of village Kvitiri. 19 schoolchildren have attended the meeting.The training aimed to raise the schoolchildren's awareness on conflict resolution, negotiation techniques, prevention of forms of violence, which will enable the participants to identify their own capabilities, develop skills necessary for managing negotiations and achieving desirable results, analyze conflict setting and resolution situations, develop mechanisms for establishing conflict-free and effective relations with various types of individuals and business partners, and learn the ways of situation control and management. Various case studies were used during the training.
