Environment Day in Gori
Shida Kartli. The Gori Youth Center functioning with the CSO "Club of the
Disabled" has celebrated June 5 - the World Environment Day. Volunteers
have painted waste bins and informed passers-by about the Day. The activity
aimed to inform the public about environmental issues. The activity was planned
as part of the "Advancing National Integration in Georgia" project,
implemented by the UN Association of Georgia with support of the US Agency for
International Development (USAID).
