Tbilisi. The Memorandum was executed between the Soviet Past Research Laboratory and the National Center of Manuscripts, providing for long-term cooperation and implementation of joint research, educational and cultural events. The first step in this regard will be the facilitation and support of research activities launched as part of the Soviet Past Research Laboratory's project "Rethinking Soviet Past".
