GYLA Emergency Statement on the Developments in Khoni District
Tbilisi. Georgian Young Lawyers' Association released a statement. "According to the information available to GYLA observer, there is a serious danger in Khoni district of various persons breaking into the particular polling stations and disrupting the procedures of vote counting and summarizing. As already known, the strangers broke into the polling station #22 of the Khoni district and broke the ballot box. At the moment, there is an attempt of breaking into the polling station #19 of the Khoni district. There is a danger of unknown persons breaking into other polling stations as well", says the statement.
