Tbilisi. "Georgian Young Constitutionalists Association” assessed the 2014 local self-government elections. The organization was monitoring the local self-government elections in electoral districts of Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Zestaponi, Khoni and Tkibuli. On base of the organization monitoring report "at voting day some deficiencies of technical character and insignificant violations took place in precinct commissions during election process; that had no substantial impact on electoral environment and results”.
