and Monitoring Centre published "Homeless, without allowance"
publication. "Legislative changes made in rules of social assistance
factually left part of homeless, socially unprotected families on the verge of
starvation. This kind of policy increases economic vulnerability and
marginalization of socially unprotected homeless families and brings them to
verge of physical survival”, says the publication.
