Tbilisi. The "Tolerance and
Democracy Institute" has released a statement on the facts of racial
intolerance. "British citizen Aaron Charles living in Georgia became a
victim of a racist attack twice over last two weeks. ... Recently, physical and
verbal insult of persons based on racial intolerance in Georgia has alarmingly
increased. The state's positive obligation is to protect the safety of persons
with different race and skin color living in Georgia", says the statement.
