Tbilisi. The Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was executed on July 9 between the Ministry of Culture and 31 CSOs. The Memorandum regulates partnership with CSOs in the process of drafting the cultural policy document. Prior to the signing ceremony, the action plan for the development of cultural policy was presented and discussed.
