Ethics of Georgia broadcast statement about GDS-TV program. The Council
reaffirms its opposition to the transfer of specific fragments, agrees with the
protest, and in turn, believes that a particular TV program fragment broke the
Law on Broadcasting and Media Code of Conduct, which contain obscenity,
discrimination and encouraging programs to infringe the fundamental rights of
the citizen's dignity and prohibits the transfer, "- said in a statement.
