in Public Service. Rule of competition in Public Service has significantly
improved since the relevant resolution of Georgian Government came into force on
July 20, 2014. As a result there appeared more guarantee to provide a
competition with the principles of fairness and impartiality. However, compared
with the international practice of law (in the UK and Estonia) number of omissions
