Guria.  "Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center" (EMC) held a discussion "The rule revision of the Constitution of Georgia - the legitimization and public engagement ways” in Ozurgeti.The discussion was held within framework of the project "Inclusive and consensus-oriented process of constitutional reform in Georgia”. The project has been implemented by "Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center" (EMC) with financial support of German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
