“Education Policy and Teachers' Salaries in Georgia”
Tbilisi. The
fourth public policy report of the Public Policy Research and Training Center
on the "State education policy and the teachers’ salaries in Georgia” was
presented and discussed.At the event the author of
the study – associated professor of the Ilia State University Shorena
Maghlakelidze – has informed representatives of public organizations and CSOs
attending the presentation about the analysis of the state formula for
calculating the teachers’ salaries in Georgia and its comparison with standards
practiced in the western European states.
