Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center has presented thestudy "Non-Recognition, Inaction and Repression in Exchange of Accommodation".The study analyzes the rights of socially unprotected, homeless families occupyingthe state buildings and the state policy, and it was carried out with support of "Policy, Advocacy and the Civil Society Development in Georgia" (G-PAC) program ofthe East-West Management Institute.
