Imereti. Training– "Identification of problems, selection of priorities and their advocacy to authorities” was held for Kutaisi Youth Center members. The meeting was led by the Region Development Center trainers Nino Loladze and Maka Shengelia. The following issues were discussed at the training: identification of problem, negotiation techniques, providing advocacy campaign, self-governing role and functions, citizens’ participation in decision- making process, budget planning and etc.
