Kakheti. Representatives of the World Bank opened "Matsoni House” in Alaverdi together with the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and representatives of Municipal Development Fund of Georgia.  "Matsoni House” was open within the framework of Kakheti development project and is located adjacent to the Alaverdi Monastery, on the road leading to protected territories of Tusheti.In "Matsoni House” natural home-made sour milk, food made with boiled butter, flour and sour milk mixed, Alaverdi Monastery beekeepers’ honey, Georgian wheat bread made ​​with natural yeast, domestic ‘wineskin’ cheese and pitcher wine are sold.In the same project’s framework completion of 9 more constructions are scheduled until the end of 2015.
