"One of the doors of the "Free Pedagogy Center", the educational and rehabilitation institution of children with disabilities located in Tbilisi on the Borjomi Street, which links it to the Aghmashenebeli Avenue and is a convenient space for the school beneficiaries for entering the building, was welded by the neighbors. The institution's management and parents of schoolchildren explain this fact by intolerant attitude of neighbors towards the school's beneficiaries.
