Shida Kartli. Charity Humanitarian Center "Apkhazeti” has won the contest announced by the Ministry of Justice. Projects aim to assist former inmates and relate to two areas – support of traineeships and facilitation of starting up a small business.
The project is aimed at assisting former inmates and supporting resocialization.
