GYLA: Constitutional Court recognized the unconstitutionality of the incapability model
Tbilisi. On October 8, 2014, the Constitutional Court of Georgia has announced its decision in relation to the lawsuits, filed by GYLA in 2011 and 2012. The constitutional court has upheld GYLA’s requests under the lawsuit and declared unconstitutionality of the incapability model, prescribed under the Civil Code.
