In Georgia, there are a lot of social stigmas associated with women. Often, gender-based discrimination transitions into an oppression as well as violence, and rights of both juvenile and adult women are violated. Behind all this, though, there stand unhealthy and distorted opinions.

It is important for each of us to remember that:

• a woman can do anything she cares about
• a woman can be a mother and have her own career
• a woman has the right to look the way she desires
• a woman should start a family when she wants to
• oppression and violence against woman is a crime
