The global objective of this call for proposals is to support democracy and Human Rights organisations in Georgia so that they are better positioned and equipped to protect human rights more efficiently.

The specific objectives of this call for proposals are:

1) To promote fundamental freedoms and Human Rights through supporting human rights defenders and CSOs active in the promotion and defence of Human Rights and democracy.

2) To support free and fair elections.
