Arts and Culture program announces a call for proposals for following directions: 1.Cultural production 2.Creating or strengthening cultural platforms 3.Professional development and capacity-building. Program provides grants to strengthen alternative and autonomous cultural infrastructures and innovative arts initiatives in Central Asia, the Caucasus, Afghanistan, Moldova, Mongolia, and Turkey. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis through December 31, 2012.
