HICD 2020 is seeking offers from eligible local technical assistance audit/financial training/consulting organizations registered in Georgia for implementing the technical assistance program for Advancing Financial Management System of Article 42 of the Constitution. The goal of the program is to assist Article 42 with establishing more transparent reporting mechanisms and balancing income of the organization against overall spending.
