The European Commission invites experienced civil society organisations from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine to apply to a new call for proposals for “Strategic Partnerships for Capacity Development of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs)” in the Eastern Neighbourhood region.
