The USAID Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) PLUS project is seeking a consultant with experience in association development and membership growth to assist the Georgian Evaluation Association (GEA). The association is planning to increase the retention rate of its current members while also growing the number of new members. HICD PLUS is supporting GEA with this process.

It is expected that this assignment will last approximately two-three weeks in July-August, 2013. The consultant will be based in the GEA office in Tbilisi.
