Research Consultant

CARE is looking to recruit a person or organization for a consultancy that will:

Conduct a formative mid-term evaluation of the ongoing JOIN project to measure progress towards project goals and provide recommendations for the remaining period with a view to optimizing impact.
Integrate into this evaluation aspects of a partial summative ex-post evaluation of the previous Stage II project in those target areas that overlap with JOIN to measure sustainability of impact of project goals.
