The USAID Agricultural Program seeks services of several consultants to assist MEPA and NFA with the development of set of recommendation for successful and sustainable operation of pesticides` and agrochemicals input suppliers. Present SOW is for an individual national consultant - a lawyer - which will assume the role of a key national resource person by bringing National knowledge of legal framework, national laws, bylaws and regulations related to pesticides currently in force or under development.
