Management Systems International announces request for proposals. This Request for Proposals is to enhance the transparency and accountability of the State Competition and Procurement Agency (SCPA) and its Dispute Resolution Board through implementation of the set of recommendations developed within the scope of the grant program implemented in February-May, 2013 through USAID/Good Governance in Georgia (G3) program. The study and its recommendations will be made available to the selected CSO.
