"USAID Pankisi Community Links Activity in Georgia", implemented by Chemonics International, aims to identify a qualified service provider that can provide institutional development assistance to strengthen the capacity of Pankisi-based non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Specifically, the selected service provider will work directly with NGOs to assess their internal systems and processes, develop recommendations to address capacity gaps identified through initial assessment, and implement key recommendations toward the goal of enabling these organizations to further the mission of their organizations and more successfully implement donor-funded activities.
