In 2019, the USAID Agriculture Program and Rural Development Agency (RDA) signed a MOU to provide a joint technical assistance program to RDA-supported agribusinesses operating in the Program`s priority value chains (VCs). One of the priority areas for assistance is branding and marketing, both for primary producers and food processors, as a strong, well-positioned brand is vital to Georgian agribusinesses across all VCs. It provides a competitive advantage that contributes to increased numbers of customers, sales, and sustainability. With this in mind, the Program provides a cost-shared branding support for grant recipients and beneficiaries to help them develop:

Brand name, logos, labels, and packaging;

Promotional materials;

Informational websites;

By this RFQ, the USAID Agriculture Program and RDA, intend to support their beneficiary company Agroline Ltd that operates a walnut processing factory in Gurjanni municipality. The factory is newly operational with a 500- ton production capacity, mainly aimed for export markets.

The branding consultancy will be co-funded by the USAID Agriculture Program, RDA and Agroline Ltd.
