The Second International Festival of Youth Social Theatres "Energy of Theatre” will take place in Samara, Russia from 11-15 November 2013. The festival provides educational, competitive, out-of-competition and entertaining programs. It also carries out seminars, round tables, workshops, conferences and other creative forms of interaction.
