The Council of Europe is looking for a Provider for the provision of assistance in the collection and processing of data on the functioning of the judicial system, as well as in the training delivery on data collection and analysis in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine in compliance with the ordering procedure defined in the Framework Contract.
