The East West Management Institute's (EWMI) Policy, Advocacy, and Civil Society Development in Georgia (G-PAC) project cordially invites accredited Georgian universities and academic institutions to submit creative grant proposals under the University Assistance Grants (UAG) program. UAGs fund activities aimed at improving public policy, public administration, political science, and related academic programs and/or courses at the graduate level.
UAG grants are intended to improve the teaching and learning at public policy, public administration, and political science graduate programs. Project activities could include, but need not be limited to: revising a graduate program curriculum or a specific course syllabus, enhancing a teaching technique, developing graduate program administration, designing a program for students that connects theory to practice, or developing textbooks, case studies, or other teaching materials.; Proposals should include a concise explanation of how the proposal will build capacity at the institution.
Grant Amount: $5,000 - $10,000.
Project duration: Up to 6 months.
Deadline: Open.
Application forms should be submitted online at: http://goo.gl/BFBlc. Register as a new organization (click "Create New Account" and enter the requested information), fill out the "University Assistance Grants Application Form," then click "Submit." Applicants can save the application as a draft and come back to it as necessary. EWMI G-PAC accepts UAG project proposals in English.
Along with the Application Form, applicants should submit:
** The public registry record of the applicant organization from www.reestri.gov.ge
** The Act of Comparison from www.rs.ge
Please make sure that the documents listed above are attached to the online application form in the relevant fields.
Applications will be evaluated at the end of each month, and applicants will be informed about the funding decision at the beginning of the following month.

G-PAC is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by EWMI.
